Digital Products & Memberships
All F&B Playbook products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content:
❌ No Refunds or Returns
- Membership fees are non-refundable
- Course access cannot be returned or exchanged
- Partial usage or non-usage does not qualify for a refund
This includes monthly and annual memberships, team plans, leadership plans, and enterprise plans.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Membership Account.
- Cancellation prevents future billing
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refunds are issued
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Verified billing errors
All requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.
Custom Services
One-on-one training, on-site training, and custom module builds are governed by separate service agreements and are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.
